Shanghai Qinye Metallurgy Engineering Technology Ltd has successfully completed the 1.2-million-ton cold-rolled sheet project for Shandong Yuanda in Boxing, Shandong. The project has a production capacity of 1,200,000 tons and involves the processing of base steel, quality steel, and low-alloy steel into cold rolled, hot galvanized sheet steel, and color coated plate, with a thickness range of 0.20-1.5mm and width of 1250mm.
To complete this project, Shanghai Qinye Metallurgy Engineering Technology Ltd installed two sets of pickling trains, one set of continuous rolling mill, two sets of hot galvanizing lines, and two sets of color coating lines. The project also included a continuous annealing line that integrates a temper mill, slitting winding machine, and other necessary equipment.
