Shanghai Qinye Metallurgy Engineering Technology Ltd is proud to have been a part of the Electrical Transformation Piping Design project of Bensteel Company's Cold Rolling Plant in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The project was a massive undertaking, with a total capacity of 1.2 million tons of various steel products, including pickled plate, cold-rolled plate, galvanized plate, color-coated plate, and annealed plate, with thickness ranging from 0.18 to 1.5mm and width ranging from 850 to 1250mm.

The scope of the project included designing the electrical transformation piping for the entire cold rolling plant, which consisted of a continuous pickling train, a continuous cold rolling mill, four sets of galvalume zinc line, two sets of color coating line, two sets of shearing train, and a pipe making line. The design had to ensure the efficient flow of electricity and fluids throughout the plant, which required precise calculations and calculations to ensure the smooth operation of the entire system.

The project was executed with the latest technology and equipment, and Shanghai Qinye Metallurgy Engineering Technology Ltd utilized its vast experience and technical expertise to deliver a high-quality solution to the client. The project was completed on time and within budget, and the electrical transformation piping design was successfully integrated into the plant's existing infrastructure, improving the plant's efficiency and productivity.
