Shanghai Qinye Metallurgy Engineering Technology Ltd (Qinye MET) has provided its expertise to Shenzhen Huamei Plate Co., Ltd for the design and construction of a home appliance board color coating production line in Bao'an, Shenzhen.
The project aims to produce high-quality color coated plates with a thickness range of 0.20-0.8mm and a width of 1250mm, with an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons. To achieve this goal, Qinye MET has designed and supplied a complete home appliance color coating line, which includes a range of processing equipment and machinery.
The production line includes a range of advanced technology and equipment such as a precision roll coater, an online cleaning system, a vertical oven, a double-sided laminator, a color-coated steel cooling system, and a tension leveling unit. The processing line also features automated control systems for efficient and precise operation, ensuring high-quality products consistently.
Qinye MET has provided the design, installation, and commissioning of the production line, with on-site training and technical support to ensure smooth operation of the plant.
